I recently stayed at Kimpton in Asheville for a weekend getaway. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to everything we needed. The night life inside the hotel was amazing, especially the cocktail bar downstairs. The staff there were knowledgeable and passionate about craft cocktails. The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious, and the views from our room were fantastic. I also appreciated the fast and hot food delivery when we ate in our room. The hotel even provided cookies for our dog, which she loved. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

We loved the individually wrapped bags of ice, easy to grab and perfect for our reusable cups. The lobby and rooms had beautiful design and decor. The layout of the rooms was great and the bedding was incredibly soft. The bathroom had a wonderful shower and the towels were soft. The bar and restaurant had a nice vibe, and the food was delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. The staff was exceptional, going out of their way to make us feel welcomed and ensuring we had a fantastic stay.

The hotel is located in a central and convenient location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the views from the rooms of the surrounding hills were beautiful. the rooms were comfortable and well, maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere for our romantic escape. the free Wi, Fi was reliable and allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay.

One of the downsides of our stay was the lack of amenities provided. Compared to other high, end hotels, there were very few bathroom supplies available and there were no coffee or tea machines in the room.

The hotel had a beautiful lobby and a pleasant outdoor area. The staff were extremely nice, responsive, and helpful. The room was spacious and had a separate water-closet. The hotel offered happy hours where we could socialize our dog and meet other dog owners.

We loved the central location of the hotel in downtown, with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The rooms were comfortable and well-serviced, with perfect wifi. The hotel facilities, including the large and well-equipped fitness room, were impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the polite and welcoming front desk to the valet service. The wine and beer hour at 5pm was a nice touch, adding to the overall experience.

We had a great night before picking up our child from camp. The pet-friendly policy was exceptional, with everything being exceptionally clean. Being able to bring our family dog was a bonus! The food and bar were great too. The location in downtown Asheville was perfect, with amazing views of the surrounding hills. The service, from valet to front desk, was top-notch. I even left my car key and they immediately sent it back to me. The hotel was modern, with comfortable rooms and good wifi. The fitness room was large and well-equipped. a wonderful stay at Kimpton!

We had a fantastic stay at Kimpton - Hotel Arras! The central location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions, shops, and restaurants. The hotel itself was modern and stylish, with spacious and well-equipped rooms. The friendly and professional staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast and room service were delicious, and the valet service was efficient. Despite a minor issue with the breakfast, the hotel manager quickly resolved it to our satisfaction. The views of the surrounding hills were breathtaking, and the fitness room was excellent. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Asheville.

The hotel had a modern vibe and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the fact that the hotel was pet-friendly was a huge plus, as we were able to bring our dog along for our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by the food and bar options available at the hotel, which added to our overall experience.

We were disappointed with our initial room assignment, as it was noisy and not in the quiet location we had requested. We had specifically asked for a quiet room, but ended up next to the gym where we heard someone repeatedly dropping weights.
