Title: Perfect Family Getaway!

My wife says that the only thing that would have made our stay even better was if the hotel had a kid's play area.

We had a long day at Ace Adventure Park and were excited to relax in our double queen suite at Holiday Inn Hotel. the staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the indoor pool, which provided a nice way for the kids to burn off some energy before bed. And with several dining options nearby, such as Cracker Barrel, we had no trouble finding a place to eat.

No negatives from this place. 🚫

This hotel is a great option for families visiting New River Gorge National Park. It is conveniently located in an area where there are mostly pretty dismal hotels. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with cozy beds for a good night's sleep. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, providing suggestions and tips. The on-site restaurant is incredible, serving delicious food cooked to perfection. It's the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the park. Plus, the hotel offers great facilities, like a restaurant and comfortable beds.

The carpet in some areas of the room was a little dirty, which was a slight downside.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The property was well-maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was also convenient, especially because it is situated near the West Virginia Turnpike. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean indoor pool where I was able to make an appointment to use it exclusively with my group. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, with a separate sitting area that provided extra space. There were also many nearby restaurants to choose from.

We were pleasantly surprised by the value we got for our money at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Beckley. The King suite was spacious and perfect for our family with two small children. The indoor pool and workout room were also great amenities to have during our stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, and the staff treated us with kindness and professionalism. One particular staff member in the restaurant went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable by bringing our forgotten order all the way up to our room.

While our stay was overall fantastic, the only area for improvement would be the breakfast selection. It would have been great to see more variety and options to choose from in the morning.

During our stay at Holiday Inn Hotel, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the accommodating staff. Despite our late arrival, they went out of their way to let us use the pool after hours, making our stay even more enjoyable. We are now considering making this hotel our annual halfway stop on future trips. we had a great experience.
