The rooms were spacious and bright, perfect for my large family. We loved the easy access to Union Square, and the water bottle refill station on our floor was a fantastic addition. The ambiance of the Starlight bar was a highlight of our stay.

My wife says that a regular coffee mug would be great for families with kids.

the valet parking service is a real time-saver. long wait for car service, though.

the hotel was super charming, felt like stepping back in time with its vintage decor. plus, an awesome location right by the trolley line made it easy to explore san francisco. staff were really friendly, helped with anything i needed. the rooftop views were breathtaking and the bar scene was lively. having a starbucks right downstairs was a nice touch for my morning coffee fix.

but the bathroom was kinda cramped, not ideal for two people. also, the elevators were super slow, made waiting kind of a hassle.
