The staff was exceptional, especially the Beefeater doorman who made us feel so welcome. The service was top-notch, with amenities like room service and a 24-hour reception readily available. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities like heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel even provided free toiletries, which was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the on-site dining options, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area to relax and unwind.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends. It's perfect for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Lastly, the friendly staff provided excellent customer service, making me feel welcome and taken care of during my stay.

There were a few negative aspects that detracted from my overall experience. the parking fee of $70 per day was quite steep and added an unexpected expense to my stay.

I also loved the complimentary wine-tasting in the mezzanine and the delicious food and drinks at the hotel's restaurant.

I recently stayed at Beacon Grand A Union Square for a few nights during my trip to San Francisco. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from Union Square and the Powel Street BART station. The hotel has a charming, old-fashioned atmosphere and the room was furnished with lovely pieces. I stayed in a queen room with a city view, and the view was absolutely amazing. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One unique feature I appreciated was the option to hang a red sign on my door handle to indicate that I didn't want my room cleaned on a particular day. In return, I received a $10 voucher that I could use towards food or other purchases at the hotel. The bed was comfortable and I really enjoyed my time at Beacon Grand A Union Square.
