The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the beach via the tram. I loved that there were two pools, one for kids and one for adults, providing options for everyone. The boutique and the Part and Parcel store with Starbucks were convenient additions to the hotel. The room itself was spacious, updated, and well-appointed. I especially appreciated the clean and modern bathroom. the Waldorf Astoria provided a beautiful property and a wonderful experience.

Our guest room was simply outstanding, with a beautiful design and luxurious appointments. We loved the proximity to the private beach club, as it allowed us to easily access the beach and enjoy the sound of the waves and ocean breeze. The location was also great, with other beach cities in close proximity, including competition just down the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with heartfelt greetings and ensuring that our experience was unforgettable.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the private beach at the resort - it was the highlight of my trip! The sound of the waves and the ocean breeze created the perfect ambiance. The spacious and comfortable rooms, along with the luxury design throughout the hotel, made for a truly relaxing stay. The 24/7 pool and jacuzzi were also a great addition, allowing for ultimate relaxation. The service from the staff was exceptional - from the heartfelt welcome at valet parking to the friendly smiles around the hotel. The bartender served the best Mai-tais ever, and I must give a huge thank you to Francis, Ricky, and Marcello for making my husband's 60th birthday a spectacular success.

I recently stayed at a beautiful resort by the beach. The location was perfect, just a few hours to the ocean over the golf course. The room was lovely, with comfortable beds and blackout curtains that allowed us to sleep in. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast by the pool and spent relaxing hours down at the beach. The facilities were top-notch, especially the saltwater pool and spas overlooking the ocean. it was a truly paradise-like experience.

That the walls were a bit thin, and I could occasionally hear a child early in the morning.

I recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria in Dana Point for my husband's 60th birthday celebration. From the valet parking to the hotel entrance, we were greeted with warmth and big smiles. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The remodel of the foyer was beautifully done, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The highlight of our trip was the private beach, where we enjoyed the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze. The outdoor gym was fantastic, and we had an amazing dining experience at the steak restaurant. we had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel took all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and comfortable experience, with sanitization measures in place throughout the property. The private beach was absolutely stunning and the electric bikes provided by the hotel allowed me to explore the area easily. Despite a few minor hiccups, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for its luxury style and excellent service.

The facilities were top-notch and the staff was remarkable. the room was spacious and the view from every floor was beautiful. the private beach and beach-side bar were pleasant surprises. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

There were a few hiccups during our stay. the main pool area was closed for the day due to maintenance issues, which was disappointing considering the price we paid for our stay.

Spent Christmas here and it was a lovely experience. the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They offered two free hot chocolate vouchers upon check-in, which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, right by the beach and the view was amazing. the complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions was very convenient.

There was some construction going on which was a little bit noisy at times. the food was quite pricey, and there were times when restaurants were closed, making it difficult to find dining options.
