The water pressure in the shower was quite low, which was a little disappointing. the internet was also quite slow, making it difficult to use Netflix and our PS4.

We had an amazing experience at this centrally located hotel. the owners and housekeeping staff were fantastic. With its close proximity to great places to eat, the beach, boardwalk, and mini golf, there was never a shortage of fun activities. the pool was clean and secure, perfect for kids. the staff, especially Anna and Mrs Chris, were friendly and made us feel right at home. the rooms were immaculate and smelled great, and the air conditioning was on point. We extended our stay because we were having such a great time. This place is definitely recommended!

As low-budget travelers, we were thrilled with Kings Arms Motel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and change our room to the ground floor. The motel is conveniently located a short walk from the beach and close to boardwalk shopping and food options. We also appreciated being able to leave our car in the motel lot while we enjoyed a day on the boardwalk. great value for money with clean facilities and comfortable, updated rooms.

Stayed at this motel for one night. Room and pool were clean. Plenty of chairs at the pool. Front desk staff, specifically Anna, was very friendly. Great location, just a block away from the beach. Parking was provided with a pass. Ice machine available. Chairs outside the rooms for relaxation. Relatively quiet, except for some traffic noise from the main road. Would stay here again for short trips. Good spot for American Legion members as the Post is next door.

housekeeping service lacking

I recently stayed at a charming motel in a great location. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my elderly mother felt safe and comfortable. The manager, Andrew, was exceptional, and meeting the people at the motel was the highlight of our vacation. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the furniture was tasteful, and the AC kept the room cool. The half fridge provided plenty of room, and the motel was conveniently located near the beach and bay. We are so glad we took a chance on this motel after 30 years and will definitely return.
