I had a miserable experience at Kings Arms Motel. The bathroom in our room was antiquated and lacked basic features like an exhaust fan, leading to steam and moisture everywhere. We also faced noise disturbances from other guests, making it hard to relax. Additionally, the bed linens were stained, and the staff's response to our concerns was lackluster at best.

I had a solid experience at Kings Arms Motel, especially loved the pool area! It was as refreshing as a jump into the ocean on a hot day. The room featured modern touches like a mini-fridge and microwave, making late-night snack runs a dream. Plus, the second-floor offered cheeky ocean views if you squinted just right! Overall, it felt like a little slice of beach paradise for the budget-minded traveler.

The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and I loved that there was ample space to store my belongings. The pool area, when open, looked nice and clean, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures.

Had a lovely three-night stay! The location is fab—so close to eateries and the boardwalk! The room was comfy, and housekeeping was on point.

But my phone got more confused than a cat in a dog park trying to connect to the Wi-Fi. And let’s just say the TV had more hiccups than a newborn!

The location was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach, which is perfect for fun family outings. The motel was reasonably clean, and the staff were accommodating when I asked for extra towels. They really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

However, the room showed signs of wear and needed some serious updates—like the bathroom fixtures and the running toilet. Cleanliness could also use improvement. I did notice some stains on the bedding, which was disappointing.
