The room was clean and quiet, with well-kept grounds by the canal. the kitchen facilities were useful, and the location was excellent for exploring the area. I appreciated the lovely area by the water.

Our stay at Kingsail Resort was unexpectedly delightful. the room overlooking the canal and boat slips provided a serene atmosphere. the screened porch allowed us to observe local wildlife peacefully. the front desk offered helpful suggestions for activities. the clean room with new furniture and a small kitchenette was perfect. We appreciated the convenient parking, nice pool, and accommodating late checkout.

I found a surprise by the canal view from my room—it was adorable! Sitting on the screened porch, I watched pelicans and iguanas while the kids ran wild. the front desk shared great tips for teens on St Patrick's Day. Laundry wasn’t cheap , but our clothes needed it. Late checkout was a lifesaver post-late arrival. the pool beckoned, but time got away from us. Parking was easy, and the staff were accommodating. Good for a quick family break.

The hotel's cleanliness, kitchen facilities, and proximity to the local airport made my stay comfortable and convenient. the location was great, close to everything and within reach of Sombrero Beach and tourist spots.

I always return to this resort. Perfect for me. Wi-Fi, free parking, pool, laundry, TV. First visit, staff recommended taxi. Planning to come back for Christmas. Great place with everything I need.

Had a blast during our New Year's getaway! Loved the cute lights and beach towels they offered. the location was superb, smack in the middle of the Upper and Lower Keys. the room exceeded expectations and kitchen facilities were top-notch. received a fantastic restaurant recommendation for dinner.

The pool loungers were quite old and uncomfortable. the pool could have been heated, and the WiFi was a bit spotty.

The Kingsail resort was a gem of a find! The friendly staff helped me with everything, from finding postcard stamps to enjoying the free kayaks with views of manatees. The room was spacious and fresh-smelling. Despite some noise from dock gatherings, the dog-friendly accommodations near the lagoon were a highlight.

the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a newly remodeled feel. the bed was incredibly cozy, and the AC system kept the room at a perfect temperature. the staff, although new, were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our belongings in the office until our room was ready. the location by the water and marina was beautiful, and the option to dock our small fishing boat was convenient.
