During my Xmas stay, two things stood out: the beautiful room decor and the friendly staff. the rooms were tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. the staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, being centrally located in the heart of the city, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions and restaurants.

There were a couple of negative aspects that affected my stay. the noise insulation in the hotel was poor, resulting in a lot of noise from neighboring rooms and the outside traffic.

Despite the busy road nearby, the staff was quick to address our concerns and moved us to a quiet room away from the noise. we highly recommend Hotel Indigo for its beautiful aesthetics, friendly staff, and convenient location.

The young lady at the front desk and the shuttle bus driver were both friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel had a hip and relaxing vibe, and I loved the free Hydration station and wifi. The location was perfect - just a short walk to Main St. and close to the major Sarasota attractions. Additionally, the room was very comfortable and the hotel facilities were clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this hotel!

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Main St and easily accessible from the 41. The staff treated me with great respect and provided excellent service. The room was well-furnished with a comfortable bed and a spacious walk-in shower. I appreciated the complimentary drink and the free wifi. It was so relaxing to spend time in the sun terrace by the swimming pool, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed, from beach umbrellas to fresh towels. The hotel also had a bar and restaurant where I enjoyed delicious meals and drinks. this place understands the concept of hospitality and provided me with a memorable experience.
