Excellent customer service from front desk staff, and a great location just minutes from dining spots. The lobby is welcoming, with ample free parking right outside! Breakfast offered tasty options.

Room noise was disruptive, making sleep a challenge. In-room amenities like tea and coffee essentials were lacking, and shower pressure was unpredictable, leading to some frustrating moments.

Shuttle drivers were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The complimentary bicycles were a fun and unique way to explore Sarasota, and the personalized service from the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my entire stay.

I mean, how hard is it to issue correct room keys? Someone barged in on me! Also, the breakfast was absolutely disgusting—I nearly choked on burnt toast. Plus, woudl ve been nice to be offered the pool option at the hotel across the street. I almost left a good review, but just couldn’t with all these issues!

voco is a really smart hotel. the location is fantastic, close to attractions. our standard king room was large and well-equipped, making it very comfortable. the shuttle service was exceptional, with helpful drivers that made getting around a breeze. we also loved the 24/7 fitness studio to stay active during our stay.

However, could someone please tell the neighbors that they don't need to audition for a reality show? Also, a little less noise would’ve been delightful!
