The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Times Square and right across from the Port Authority Bus Terminal. I also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the bar area, making it a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The room was clean and had all the essentials, including a mini-fridge and good Wi-Fi, which made my stay really convenient.

The elevators were a bit slow, which sometimes caused delays.

During my visit, I encountered several problems that dampened my experience. Additionally, the attitude of some staff members at the bar was disappointing, as they seemed unwilling to assist with what should have been simple requests.

My kids wished for a kettle in the room.

I had a good stay here. The location is convenient, close to subway access and many choices for food. I enjoyed 2 Bros pizza and found the environment lively. The staff were friendly and offered great service. I appreciated the daily drink tickets and access to a local gym. My room had everything I needed, like a smart TV and a mini-fridge. Overall, it was a solid experience during my travels. I was pleased that the price was reasonable for what I got.
