The golf course was in excellent condition and well-designed, offering both challenging and gettable holes. the staff was friendly and attentive. the spa facilities were great, with a hot tub, sauna, and indoor pool. the massages were rejuvenating and the gym had a variety of good machines. the resort had a relaxing atmosphere with soft music playing throughout. the dining experience was pleasant, with professional and knowledgeable servers and tasty entrees.

The pool area and gazebo were in need of some repairs and updating. the breakfast buffet could use some variety and a faster toaster.

The woman at the front desk was welcoming and accommodating, leaving us with a great first impression.

My recent stay at Kingwood Resort & Winery was delightful. The renovated room I stayed in had a new carpet, king-size bed, and TV, making it incredibly comfortable. The staff members were all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ashley, who provided exceptional service at the bar. The food at the bar and the buffet with the Blue Grass Band was delicious, and the company was welcoming. The resort's beautiful setting made my stay even more enjoyable.

Located between two mountains, on top of a former hill with a lot of history, the hotel is surrounded by a beautiful scenery. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to visit, and if you're up for a walk, you can head down a paved road to the river. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are comfortable and well-kept. The beds are cozy and the views from the balconies are stunning. There are a lot of amenities and activities available, such as spa, wine tasting, and nearby hiking trails.

The breakfast service could use improvement, as one guest noted a make-shift location in the lobby that was not ideal.
