The island is lovely, plenty to do, relaxed vibe, friendly staff, beautiful facilities.

It offered tranquility and easy access to a protected reef with an abundance of sea life. The beautiful beach, just off the hotel, was a great spot to relax and soak up the sun. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.

Additionally, the hotel's location offers access to a protected reef with a diverse range of sea life, perfect for snorkeling and diving enthusiasts.

One drawback is that there is no mention of the spa services available at the hotel.

We had a fantastic experience at this resort during our New Year's stay. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the food at the resort was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the drinks were also top-notch, with a great selection and quality. Another aspect we loved was the beautiful beach. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind, with crystal-clear waters and soft sand. the location of the resort was also ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

Additionally, we found that reservations for the restaurants other than the buffet were hard to obtain. It would have been helpful to have more availability or a better reservation system in place.

Het hotel is goed gelegen, dicht bij het racecircuit Spa-Francorchamps en het centrum. Het restaurant serveerde uitstekend eten. De kamers waren mooi en ruim. Er was een ruime keuze aan parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Er was natuurlijk een wellnessruimte en een wafelijzer bij het ontbijt, wat een leuke toevoeging was.

De Wi-Fi werkte amper op de kamer en de smart tv had geen internetverbinding.

The beach at Melia Cozumel is amazing, with turquoise waters and a paradisiacal scenery. We enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms, and the outstanding service provided by the staff. The ceviche at the snack bar was delicious, and the presence of wildlife like iguanas and raccoons added to the unique experience. There were plenty of activities to keep us busy, and the resort never felt too crowded. it felt luxurious, even for a 3-star hotel.

For the price we paid, we got incredible value and a room with a spectacular ocean view. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle, and the staff treated us like royalty.

The morning meal could use a little improvement, maybe adding more variety to the breakfast options.
