The management and staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the hotel had a great location in the heart of Times Square, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also loved the rooftop bar, which offered stunning views of the cityscape.

We had some issues with the room, particularly with the air conditioning not working. Despite multiple calls to the front desk, there was no immediate resolution and we were left with no compensation.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of Times Square. The view from the room was amazing, we could even see the New Year's Eve ball. The cleanliness of the room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was professional and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

Great location for exploring Broadway and Times Square. Exceptional staff, always going above and beyond expectations. Rooms are fully equipped with all necessary amenities, and even include some additional items like umbrellas and slippers. Enjoyed the live jazz music in the evenings.
