The management and staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel had a great location in the heart of Times Square, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also loved the rooftop bar, which offered stunning views of the cityscape.

We had some issues with the room, particularly with the air conditioning not working. Despite multiple calls to the front desk, there was no immediate resolution and we were left with no compensation.

I got great value for my money at The Knickerbocker. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Times Square, and the staff treated me well.
