The rooms were outdated and the carpets were dirty. There were no phones in the room and the tub was in bad condition. The hotel falsely claimed a 4.5 rating and charged my credit card in advance. They should consider lowering their prices. The only redeeming factor was the restaurant attached to the registration office that served good food.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Baltimore and had a terrible experience. the rooms were dirty and unsafe with no fire escape plan or inspections. There was no phone in the room, and the room next door was completely abandoned. the walls had holes and there was no other room available for us to switch to. the stains on the walls and furniture were everywhere. It was a real nightmare. Even when I called customer service, they were unhelpful. We had no choice but to stay for the night, and we left early in the morning.
