The cleanliness was impressive. The room had comfortable beds and plenty of white towels. Free WiFi worked well, and HBO was available. It's conveniently located near the Wild River brewery and restaurant. Overall, I had a very satisfactory experience.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, and convenient location make it a great stop for a quick getaway, especially with the added benefit of free parking and a flat-screen TV to unwind after exploring the area.

Sadly, I found the lack of proper hanging space for clothes inconvenient. My wedding outfit ended up draped over the ironing board. Additionally, the mattress was firmer than I like, which affected my sleep quality, though it was bearable for a few nights. I was also disappointed to learn that the advertised continental breakfast was no longer available, leaving a gap in my morning routine that I had counted on.

The stay was enjoyable. I appreciated the larger mini fridge in the room, perfect for all necessities. I liked the K-Cup coffee maker, which provided a smooth morning brew. The room was bright and clean, with nice wood shutters. I also found the property to be well-kept and safe.

The place shows its age, with old furniture and a somewhat worn vibe throughout the room. There was a notable gap between the door and the floor, which lets in more noise than I'd like, especially from the nearby railroad—it can be quite loud at night. Also, the shower had a persistent mold smell that wasn't pleasant, though it didn’t seep into the rest of the room. Finally, the TV options were painfully limited, with poorly functioning remotes that lack basic functionalities. Overall, for what you pay, it's serviceable but far from luxurious.
