We enjoyed our stay immensely! The location was perfect, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the festival atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was a highlight—especially the croissants! Don't forget to reserve parking ahead of time, as spaces are limited within the city walls. The peacefulness at night was a bonus.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the bathroom setup. The shower was difficult to use due to a lack of safety features, making it quite slippery. Additionally, water escaped onto the bathroom floor, creating a hazard and inconvenience during my stay. While I appreciated the ample towels provided, these issues should be addressed for a more enjoyable visit.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Rothenburg. Staff were friendly, though breakfast service could be improved as it felt a bit disorganized. Our room was spacious with a stunning view over the old town. The jacuzzi tub made our evening perfect after exploring. The historic decor gave it a unique charm that enhanced our stay. We truly enjoyed the lovely common areas, adding to the quaint atmosphere!

the annex across the street was a bit inconvenient for carrying luggage. however, the centrally located property was magnificent with cultural decor, and the staff were very kind and accommodating. breakfast was delicious too! 😊

the hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the old town, making it easy to walk around even in chilly weather. breakfast was fresh and plentiful, definitely worth the extra cost! staff were exceptionally warm and helpful, and the pet amenities made our stay with our dog seamless.
