I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Sioux Falls for a concert at the nearby arena. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable by upgrading us to the exclusive 6th floor. The rooms were exceptional and the staff was incredibly cordial. The hotel is located in a quieter part of the city with plenty of parking, making it easy to get in and out. the experience was wonderful and we will definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was super convenient, especially for attending events at the nearby convention center. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with any questions or issues we had. Additionally, the parking was plentiful and made it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. we were very impressed with the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, parking, staff, and its close proximity to the convention center.

During our recent stay in the area for a concert at the adjacent convention center, we found a comfortable and quiet hotel nearby The Falls. The room was in good condition, and the bathroom was clean. We opted to skip breakfast at the restaurant due to a previous guest's experience. However, we did enjoy the convenience of the coffee maker in the room. The central atrium was impressive, and the hotel also had various facilities, including a fitness center, pool, and free parking.

Some guests reported possible issues with the upkeep of the bedding and room maintenance, like stained carpets and mold in bathrooms.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable considering the excellent service and amenities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was remarkable. From the well-maintained property to the beautiful common areas, every corner of the hotel showcased their commitment to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for attending a concert at the nearby Denny Sanford Premier Center. Being next to the convention center was incredibly convenient, especially with the connected event center. Lastly, the rooms were cozy and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and even a sofa bed option for added convenience. And to top it all off, the breakfast was included, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Sheraton for a concert, and I have to say, the convenience of the location was unbeatable. The shuttle driver was also amazing! The room itself was nicely furnished and spacious, and the bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. The streaming feature on the TV, especially the YouTube option, was a nice touch. Although the restaurant was good, I do wish they had a coffee/snack shop. I would definitely stay at Sheraton again. Travel safe.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for my city trip! It was conveniently attached to the convention center and event venue, making it easy for me to attend the concerts and events I had planned. Plus, the fact that I could walk from my room to the concert without having to go outside was a huge plus. Additionally, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed. the staff at the hotel were outstanding and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

On the downside, there were a few negative aspects of my experience at this hotel. I did hear some noise from the workout room, specifically the sound of weights being slammed, which was slightly bothersome.
