We had a wonderful stay here. The check-in process was smooth and they even accommodated our early check-in request. The location is perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Our room was incredibly spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept on in a hotel.

Highly recommended for friends and family.

The property had an amazing energy and we got it at an amazing price! We were right in the middle of everything and could walk to anywhere we wanted downtown. The views were absolutely stunning, and the lighting in the room was perfect. We also loved the authentic feel of the place.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to Union Square and just a few blocks from the Powell Street station. This makes it easy to explore the city and travel around. The building itself is well-maintained and feels safe and secure. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The lack of toiletries and the need to purchase them yourself after running out can be inconvenient for longer stays. It would be more convenient if the hotel provided enough supplies for the entire duration.

Great location, close to downtown but still quiet. Fast and effective communication with virtual staff. Edwin was pleasant and helpful. Clean room and kitchen.

We enjoyed two complementary services that made our stay here more comfortable. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the downtown area and major landmarks. we found the bed to be exceptionally comfortable compared to other hotels we've stayed in.

We also encountered some issues with the door lock, which was a bit inconvenient. the stay was adequate but not without its drawbacks.
