We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and roomy, with plenty of space to move around. We didn't feel cramped at all. The hotel facilities were top-notch and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, with a great selection of food items including fresh bagels and pastries. The staff was friendly and helpful, always anticipating our needs. The location was also great, away from traffic and parking problems. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

During our Christmas stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. It not only saved us time but also helped us save some money. We were especially impressed with the Magic pancake maker, which was a fun and unique touch. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant.

We did notice a musty odor in both our room and the hallway, which was a bit unpleasant. It would have been great if they could replace the older carpet with plank tile for a fresher feel.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room size was excellent and we loved having direct access to the pool deck from our room. The housekeeping staff was very responsive to our requests for more towels and changing the beds after a bottle leaked. The bed and linens were comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub in the room was great. We also enjoyed being so close to the UTC mall and other stores and restaurants in the area. The hotel's location was very convenient for the activities we had planned, and we loved the beautiful ponds in the surrounding area.
