I always return. On first stay, staff kindly arranged late departure. Place has Wi, Fi, Free parking, 24, hour reception. Laundry, flat, screen TV, business center available. Water sports, sun loungers, pets allowed, air conditioning. No smoking on site. Coming back for Easter.

The night manager was kind, and the bed sheets were clean and comfortable. the room was updated, which was a nice touch. Furthermore, the hotel's location near shops and stores was convenient for our city break.

The TV didn't work, and there were stains on the cloth overlay on the bed. the hair dryer was faulty, and we found hair in various places, including the bathtub and on the bathroom floor.

Plus, the hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for our trip.

We were impressed by the exceptional water pressure in the shower at Serenitystay. the cleanliness and modern feel of the room exceeded our expectations. Despite minor inconveniences like a noisy ground floor location, our overall stay was pleasant. Overall I would consider staying here again.
