absolutely disgusting experience! they didn’t even have elevators, and the remote control was sticky and vile! i mean, can you imagine? also, i had to endure a blaring fire alarm hanging off the wall. i almost gave a good review, but no one even offered a welcome gift or anything special—what a way to treat a 'guest'!

The carpets are in serious need of replacement, with stains everywhere!!! The lack of elevators makes lugging luggage a hassle. I found wall outlets that don’t work properly, and the shower leak was annoying enough to wake me up at night!!!
