The room was spacious and clean. The staff provided excellent customer service. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The hotel had a convenient location near the interstate. The environment was peaceful and quiet. The exercise room was a great additional amenity.

The rooms were nice and clean, and I loved that they allowed pets without any issues. the quick and easy check, in and check, out process was a plus. Additionally, the free parking and complimentary breakfast were convenient amenities that added value to the stay.

There were some downsides to the experience. the lobby air felt stuffy upon arrival, and the rates seemed higher than the quality of the rooms warranted.

Conveniently located about 15 miles from New Orleans, this hotel offers free parking, spacious and clean rooms, and a decent breakfast menu. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing great customer service. The amenities, including the exercise room, are an added bonus for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Would definitely recommend to others.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was unique and funky, with high ceilings and NOLA-inspired art. The bathroom had bright lighting and the sitting area with a couch and table was a nice touch. The breakfast was better than average, with a mix of hot and cold food options. The staff was excellent and the location was convenient, close to everything in the New Orleans area for a Sunday morning worship service. Plus, the hotel had free parking and was right across from train tracks, which was a unique feature.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quietness of the accommodations. the staff was also very responsive and fulfilled all our requests without any issues. Additionally, I really appreciated the fact that the hotel had a small gym and a clean pool where my family and I could relax. Another advantage was the hotel's strategic location, with easy access to nearby restaurants like Waffle House, Burger King, IHOP, Popeyes, and several gas stations.

The only aspect that I disliked about this hotel was the limited pool hours. It would have been nice if the pool was open for longer than just 11 am to 8 pm.

The hotel is close to restaurants and stores, making it convenient for guests. It is also near the Cruise Port, which is great for those traveling by sea. However, the hotel is located right across from loud train tracks. The rooms were generally clean according to guests' opinion.

Some guests noticed dog poop everywhere on the property and nobody cleans up after their pets, which is unpleasant.
