During my recent stay at Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and spacious room. The beds and pillows were of high quality and provided a great night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it was evident that the hotel takes pride in maintaining a clean environment.

The check-in process at Hyatt Place was seamless and efficient, making me feel welcomed right from the start. The friendly associate even remembered me the next day and asked if I wanted to extend my stay. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from. The free shuttle service to and from the Charlotte Airport was incredibly convenient.

Had a solid time with the comfy beds and excellent breakfast. My kids went crazy for the waffles. Staff was super nice, which was a plus. The parking situation was kinda annoying with extra fees and limited security. Room smelled a bit funky, and the AC was loud, but we managed fine.
