The place was clean and modern. Had a good breakfast with eggs and sausage. A/C worked great. Rooms had all the essentials like towels, shampoo, and a TV. Loved that it was pet-friendly. Staff were super friendly. Pool looked nice, but didn’t get to use it. Really close to the interstate and some restaurants.

The hotel is just a short stroll away from an array of restaurants like Buddy's Bar-B-Q and Cracker Barrel, making it super convenient to grab a bite after a day of exploring, and it's also close to exciting attractions like Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park and the South Chickamauga Creek Greenway, which are great for a walk or some outdoor fun; our room was spacious and comfortable, providing a nice retreat to unwind after our adventures, but I did notice that some areas might benefit from a little more attention to cleanliness.

Temperature control had a learning curve, as both the air conditioning and refrigerator were off upon arrival. The bathroom cleanliness needed attention, with dirt in the corners. Noise from outside was noticeable, especially with doors slamming early in the morning. Housekeeping was inconsistent; they only took out trash and didn't change the dirty sheets. The large TV was a plus, but the reliability of amenities could be improved for a better stay experience.

Location was convenient, staff was friendly and helpful. The design of the building and the layout were modern and appealing, with well-decorated rooms and common areas that created a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast offered was above average for a hotel, providing a good selection of items to start the day off right.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with reports of bugs, dirt in corners, and unclean bathrooms being major issues. Additionally, maintenance problems such as malfunctioning TVs and leaking refrigerators impacted the overall experience.

We got totally lost trying to find the hotel since the GPS was off. Even the staff couldn’t help much, just gave us the address next door. It was frustrating, but at least we finally made it!

The kids had a blast in the pool, and the rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit and warm pastries.

On one unfortunate morning, housekeeping barged in early despite our “do not disturb” sign, which felt invasive. The free coffee was a nice touch, but the fitness center's closure was a real letdown. Pillows were uncomfortable; I definitely should've brought my own. A mix of highs and lows, but still my go-to spot for now.

La Quinta By Wyndham Chattanooga - East Ridge stood out with its spotless rooms and delightful breakfast, featuring eggs, sausage, and biscuits & gravy. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable, although the A/C noise disrupted our sleep. a pleasant experience!

The hotel was clean and beautiful, meeting all our needs. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was convenient for work. However, the disruptive barking dog and inconsistent room access were a hassle. The lack of trash cans and soap refill detracted from the pet-friendly experience and cleanliness standards. A discount for the TV outage would have been appreciated.

Decisive choice for a volleyball tournament. Best value this season. The hotel was clean, with comfortable rooms and an exceptional 55-inch Samsung TV. Breakfast was varied—biscuits, gravy, sausage. One staff member managed the entire breakfast service with impressive efficiency. It’s rare to see such dedication. minor setbacks included a damaged shower ceiling in the first room and issues with the electric keycard. Breakfast quality fluctuated, leading to an unfortunate experience. Despite these bumps, the location and helpful staff shined. I’d book here again. Attention to detail in maintenance and consistency in food quality would elevate this from good to great.
