Clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was excellent, with a pleasant manager. the noise from the freeway ruined my sleep. Request an interior room to avoid this issue. I encountered multiple problems with my reservation. The check-in process was disorganized, and I was denied because I'm a local. That policy is unfair and inconveniences those of us seeking a straightforward stay. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed. A reduction in my rate was appreciated, but that shouldn’t be necessary. Consistency and communication need improvement.

Good free parking and nice indoor pool. Wi-Fi was spotty during my stay.

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, especially a night clerk who was very helpful. my check-in experience was frustrating due to long waits and payment issues. Rooms could use cleaning and updates; I found bugs and other cosmetic problems. Breakfast and amenities were decent.

Great access to food, shopping, and attractions in Clarksville

During my stay, I really enjoyed how easy it was to find great food, entertainment, and shopping options nearby; with places like Burger King and McDonald's just a few steps away, the Governor's Square Mall less than 3 km from the hotel, and the Old Glory Distilling Co about 6 km away, there was always something to explore whenever I went for a stroll. The rooms were large, comfortable, and very clean, which made my weekend even more relaxing. I did notice some cleanliness issues that could be improved upon.

Checking in was a hassle; my valid Tennessee license got turned away. Staff were lovely, especially Monica, Janelis, and Neumis, who helped me through the process. The lobby was clean, and breakfast was hot, but our first room had issues with the phone and lights. Moving to a new room was on us, and it wasn’t fun. One front desk attendant seemed uninterested, glued to her phone. We waited unnecessarily long for check-in, and our room wasn’t fully cleaned—leftover crumbs and dirty couch linens. I expected better.

The room was super comfy and clean. It had tons of drawer space and a separate bedroom. Loved the air conditioning and flat-screen TV. Breakfast was decent, and the staff was really friendly. The place even had a fitness center. Can't complain about a hot breakfast instead of a bag lunch.

The room was a decent size and generally clean. I appreciated the dog-friendly policy. The bed was moderately comfortable, though the springs squeaked upon movement. I noticed dust bunnies and some medication on the floor, which was concerning. Stains on the pillows and walls detracted from the overall feel. The bathroom door had several scratches, hinting it wasn't well-maintained. Breakfast staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast options were quite good. I experienced issues with the refrigerator and toilet cleanliness in my second room. Care in cleaning and upkeep is definitely needed.

Clean room, clean facilities with well-maintained gym equipment and a fresh breakfast that energized my mornings.

Great location, but the bathroom had terrible water pressure.

I couldn’t believe how noisy it was! Even on the fourth floor, the highway traffic blasting through the windows made it impossible to sleep. We tried earplugs, but it was still a struggle. Total waste of our night!

The hot coffee provided was a nice touch in the morning. Despite some noise from the elevators and ice machine, the room was decently clean, providing a satisfactory stay overall.

The spacious and clean room was my favorite. Would stay again. Better in person than in photos!

The room was spacious enough for everyone and we had a separate bedroom. Breakfast started at 6am which let us get on the road early, and it was hot and had plenty of choices.

It wasn’t cheap, but still reasonable for the area.
