I had a fantastic stay at this hotel which truly exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect, right off the interstate which made it incredibly convenient. The staff were attentive and very polite, and they went out of their way to ensure I had a quiet room on the top floor away from any noise. The rooms themselves were modern, stylish, and clean. this hotel offered incredible value for money.

The hotel had a convenient location, perfect for a quick stopover on our trip. It was also a newly built facility, so everything felt fresh and modern. Additionally, the hotel grounds were well-maintained and visually appealing.

There were a few negatives during our stay. the fire alarm went off in the morning, causing a disturbance and waking everyone up unnecessarily.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the variety of breakfast items, the modern buffet area, and the comfortable sitting area with natural lighting. The spacious lobby with a snack and essentials shop added a nice touch.

We felt completely happy with our stay, no complaints.

The rooms at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Cleveland were so cozy and homey. The comfy bedding and convenient amenities like a microwave and mini-refrigerator made it feel like a home away from home.

The staff didn't seem very friendly or helpful. One front desk worker was outright rude and seemed to be annoyed with guests.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. the location of the hotel is convenient, close to the freeway. the heated indoor pool was a great feature to relax after a long day of travel.

Hotel receptionist was not friendly and didn't provide any assistance with directions to find the elevator or the room. the outside light poles shining into the room at night and the noise from the freeway traffic disrupted sleep.

The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the new property was very well-maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with plush towels and a nice fridge with a freezer. We also loved the fact that there was a bar in the lobby and cookies in the evening. Additionally, the location was perfect, being close to all the attractions in Cleveland. we had a great stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites and would highly recommend it.

Although our stay was mostly positive, there were a couple of small drawbacks. The pet walk area was quite small, although they did provide bags and a bin.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel located in a wonderful spot. The location was great for the wedding we attended at Ocoee Crest, and it was also right off the interstate, making it central to town and easy to get around Cleveland. The hotel met and exceeded our expectations in terms of service and staff. The basic amenities provided were satisfactory, and the rooms looked well cleaned, apart from some minor issues with the carpet and shower pan corners. Although the room was a bit smaller than anticipated, it was still comfortable.

All was acceptable during our stay.

As youngsters, we loved the brand new facilities and modern design. The included breakfast was a great perk, and the pet-friendly policy was perfect for our furry friend. The economic price was an added bonus. The view from the lobby was absolutely beautiful.
