Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even after we checked out and realized we left clothes behind. The end of the hallway was surprisingly quiet, despite being near the railroad tracks. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of OJ and coffee. The room was comfortable with a jaw-dropping 50 inch TV. We loved the attentive staff and hot scrambled eggs and potatoes. It was a super inclusive breakfast. We would definitely choose this hotel if we're in the area again.

Our recent stay in Fresno was quite pleasant overall. the room was clean and well-maintained with a comfortable bed, a mini fridge, and a microwave, which came in handy. the location of the hotel was convenient for us, and we appreciated the fact that it was pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our kids along. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, especially the night desk agent who worked tirelessly to fix our air conditioner issue. Additionally, the morning buffet was a nice touch, and we were able to grab some coffee to go.

On the downside, we had a few issues during our stay. there was a lack of parking spaces on the second night of our stay due to tree trimmers and yard trucks taking up several customer spots.

It was also nice to have big-name stores like Ross, Target, Costco, and sporting goods shops in the vicinity.
