At Springhill Suites, we definitely got great value for our money. The room was modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, especially the two ladies in the cafe who went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable.

The breakfast could've been better if there were more towel options available. It would've been nice to have an extra towel to wrap up our hair after washing.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet conveniently close to restaurants and shops, including Costco just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms were spacious and easily accommodated my family of four, with the potential to sleep up to six. Everything in the room was in great working condition, and I was especially impressed with the water pressure in the shower. The gym, although small, had all the necessary equipment and was functional. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, spinach, cheese, turkey slices. The staff was friendly, and my request for extra towels was promptly fulfilled. I found Springhill Suites to be a great value for money with comfortable and well-maintained rooms.

On the positive side, the hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. the location was also convenient, with shopping, bars/pubs, and restaurants nearby. These were definitely the highlights of my stay. However, the disappointing breakfast experience and the unhelpful staff left me questioning if this hotel was worth the price.

The breakfast was a disappointment. the waffle machine was broken and there was very little food left, even though it was only 45 minutes into breakfast.

We loved the set up of the rooms, it felt like a little apartment rather than just a boring room with a bed. The smart TV was a great feature, allowing us to watch our favorite shows from the internet. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond when we needed a bottle opener for our wine. The location was perfect, right down the street from the mall area and close to restaurants and shopping.

Night manager was very unprofessional, accusing us of noise when it was actually the basketball teams staying there. the experience left a bad taste in our mouths and wouldn't stay there again.

The breakfast lady/employee was excellent and enforced mask rules. Front desk staff were responsive and nice. The king suite room layout was perfect for two friends going out at nights, with a sofa that can be transformed into an extra bed. The gym and heated pool were clean and enjoyable.

We stayed at a great location that was right down the street from the mall area, close to restaurants, and perfect for visiting Myrtle Beach. The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh pastries and great selections to add to the oatmeal and eggs. The very clean room was spacious and comfortable with a comfortable bed and linens. The staff was accommodating and welcoming.

The hotel had issues with the indoor pool, which was closed at the time of our stay.
