I had an absolutely amazing time at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, allowing me to explore all of the attractions that this place has to offer without any hassle. The staff here went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived at the reception desk, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The customer service was exceptional and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were always available to assist me with any queries or requests I had, and their generous hospitality truly made me feel like a valued guest. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The bed was large and comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was modern and functional, with a great shower and all the toiletries I needed. the quality of the services and the comfort provided by this hotel exceeded my expectations.

We stayed at Hotel Bristol Palace for 6 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The location is central and the superior room on the 5th floor was spacious and elegant, with a palazzo-like atmosphere. The hotel has a stunning staircase that adds to its charm. The breakfast was surprisingly good, unlike many hotels in Italy. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by great restaurants, so we didn't even need to eat at the hotel's restaurant.

The room was very small and the furniture was outdated. despite informing the hotel of our early arrival, our room was not ready at the agreed time.

We were able to explore the older section of town and see all of the beautiful architecture within walking distance. We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped through the doors of this marvelous building.

Great location, close to the old port, museums, shops, and restaurants. Subway station nearby. Room was kept clean. Free room upgrade to a huge room. Gorgeous bathroom with a big shower and nice water pressure. Staff ensured our car was parked and brought it back when we left.

Lack of soundproofing in the windows, causing street noise. Slightly tired decor, but renovations were ongoing.

We had a great time in the city center with the main square just around the corner. It was also easy to take day trips to other places since both train stations were close by. The room was comfortable with a large bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast had many options including good coffee and the staff were very helpful.

The housekeeping was sometimes overlooked, but it wasn't a big issue as we didn't spend much time in the room anyway.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with beautiful vintage furniture and ceilings. The highlight for me was the amazing staircase, definitely worth seeing even if you stay elsewhere. The hotel's central location made it very convenient for exploring the city on foot. Additionally, the breakfast provided was great, with a beautiful dining room and terrace for enjoying it. The staff, especially the two helpful women at the reception, were very customer-oriented and provided excellent suggestions and recommendations.

The lobby area with the spiral-ish staircase looks pretty cool. I was amazed by its unique design and it added charm to the hotel's ambiance. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful when I needed to make changes to my stay dates. I want to give a special shout out to Andrea who went above and beyond to assist me with my accommodation dilemma. The veranda at the restaurant was a delightful spot to enjoy a meal, providing a lovely view of the surroundings.

The hotel's old world style and unique features, like the eye-popping elliptical staircase and beautiful frescoed ceilings, added to its charm. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful, and the morning staff were pleasant and accommodating. The perfect location allowed me to easily explore the historic center and the port by foot.
