Fantastic outdoor pool and restaurant area. Conveniently located near a shopping mall and another large mall across the road. Staff are attentive and responsive, providing a truly 5-star experience. Family dinner was fabulous with beautiful ambiance and delicious food. Upgrade to a lovely junior suite with great views.

The value for the money we paid was incredible. The junior suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city and mountains. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was conveniently situated near a great shopping mall. The staff at Nh Cali Royal was exceptional, with friendly and attentive service from the moment we arrived.

The breakfast could have been better with more variety.

We had a lovely family dinner by the pool with special lighting and great service. The food was delicious, especially the steak dinners. The children enjoyed playing in the pool area. The next morning, we had a delicious free breakfast buffet. The upgraded room had a beautiful view.

Enjoyed the outdoor Café Royal restaurant, they had seafood and grilled meats. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The pool and whirlpool were great to relax.

Surprisingly affordable, this hotel provided me with everything I needed during my stay. The location right next to a shopping mall was very convenient. The staff was helpful and friendly, and my room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed and efficient AC. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast which had a variety of delicious options.

The facilities were good, breakfast was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was outstanding! Also, the hotel has a friendly cat named Juancho. The hotel tries to reduce their carbon footprint with solar panels.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff was pleasant and attentive. The hotel facilities were elegant and in excellent maintenance status. The included breakfast was one of the best, with fresh fruit, cheeses, and plenty of options. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping center with a grocery store, little restaurants, and hair salons.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and elegant building. The staff was pleasant, attentive, and some were bilingual. The breakfast was one of the best with fresh fruit, cheeses, cereals, and fresh breads beautifully set by the pool. The hotel's location was perfect, between two big shopping malls, making it easy to catch a cab and close to everything.
