The staff at this hotel is exceptional, with the breakfast and dinner crew going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The attention to detail from the front desk, bellman, and housekeeper was impressive. I especially appreciated the room service phone lady, who was very detail-oriented with my order. The breakfast was delicious and the room, although a bit aged, was spacious and clean. The pool area is amazing and the location is great. But the best part of the hotel is definitely the friendly and helpful staff. I want to give a special shout-out to Bonifacio in the restaurant for being incredibly friendly and nice. Thank you for always greeting me with a smile!
