Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a convenient location near major attractions. the front desk was welcoming and check, in was hassle, free. the rooms were well, maintained and spotlessly clean. Plus, the hotel is situated close to popular tourist spots, making it easy to explore the area.

No ice available during my stay and the baggage carts were worn out. the ice machine was broken and there was no ice in the freezers.

I had a great experience staying here! This hotel is in an upscale area and located close to everything. There's always something to do here. The staff provided quality customer service and were very helpful. My room came with great amenities like an ironing board, heating and air conditioning, and even tea and coffee facilities. I also enjoyed the garden furniture outside, it made for a nice spot to relax. I appreciated the continental breakfast and the coffee that was available in the lobby. Finally, I loved the leisure spa & wellness centre, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and barbeque grills. There was always something to do here.
