During our stay at a certain lodge, we were impressed by the exceptional service provided by the clerk at the front desk. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even arranged a shuttle to take us to the car rental. The rooms were cozy, and the breakfast spread was delicious, offering omelets, pancakes, oatmeal. We appreciated the convenient location, with an Italian restaurant and a 24-hour American food restaurant just across the street. The pool was a great spot to relax, not too crowded. we could tell that the property owners took pride in maintaining the place, as it was spotless and had many small touches that showed attention to detail. The motel's location off the freeway in the town of Sutherlin made it a comfortable and convenient choice for us.

We recently stayed at a hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel had a cozy lodge-style ambiance and was conveniently located near the highway, yet tucked away enough to provide a quiet stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a large TV with plenty of channels. We especially appreciated the little touches like the towels folded into cute animals and the sanitized remote control. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of continental options and a chef who would make custom egg dishes. The staff was friendly and offered us freshly baked cookies upon arrival. we were pleasantly surprised by our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The air conditioner had a wide range on its thermostat, so the room would get quite warm before cooling down again. Additionally, the breakfast only ran until 9am, which made it difficult to enjoy both the hot tub and breakfast.

The location was perfect, as it was just a short drive from the picturesque coast along the Umpqua River and a beautiful secluded beach. The breakfast was made to order and the lobby had a selection of beer, wine, and baked goods. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom and helpful staff. We loved the added amenities such as the refrigerator, microwave, and walk-in shower that made our stay more convenient.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The service was slipping, with breakfast opening late and conflicting information from the front desk about the breakfast timing.

Despite being close to the freeway, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. our experience at this Best Western was excellent, and we will definitely recommend it to others.

Great Christmas experience! The whole property was nicely decorated and gave off a festive vibe. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the holiday even better. The fire incident during our stay was very unsettling. The noise and commotion in the middle of the night caused a lot of anxiety and disrupted our sleep.
