I recently had a pleasant stay at a hotel in Orlando. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, with clean rooms and spacious bathrooms. The staff was accommodating and fulfilled my request for a first-floor room near an exit. I especially appreciated the friendly and professional service from Eddie Ribeiro, the front office manager. He quickly resolved an issue and showed kindness and professionalism towards me. I am grateful for his assistance and will definitely choose this hotel for future trips. Additionally, the hotel allowed pets, which was great for our furry family member. The location was also very convenient.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location in walking distance to restaurants and attractions like the ICON Orlando and Pirate Cove. The onsite parking was plentiful, and the hotel was close to the trolley bus on international drive. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. One of the front desk gentlemen even compensated us for a night when we found evidence that the sheets weren't being changed. The lobby was beautiful, and the room was spacious with modern bedding and amenities. it was a great value for money and a relaxing stay. I would definitely come back!

The breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the comfy beds. the location was key for us as it was close to Universal and Sea World. We also liked the fact that there was a nice courtyard to relax in.

Our romantic escape was not quite what we were expecting. the lock on our door was broken and there were dogs barking in nearby rooms, which made it hard to relax.

I had a great stay here. The location is perfect for anyone who likes to have plenty of options for dining and entertainment, with lots of restaurants and fun activities within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and attended to my requests in a timely manner. They even provided an iron and ironing facilities, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including a flat-screen TV and a heating/air conditioning system. I particularly appreciated the free toiletries and the tea/coffee facilities.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the location on International Drive with its wide range of restaurants. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room, including a refrigerator and comfortable beds, were a nice touch. I also appreciated the option of having an additional rolling bed in the room with two beds. The breakfast, although basic, included meat and eggs, which was a welcome addition to start the day.

I recently stayed at a very nice hotel in the heart of Orlando. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily walk to nearby attractions and only a short drive to the downtown race we were participating in. The hotel was well-maintained, despite ongoing construction/renovation work. The pool was kept clean with fresh towels available, and the staff at check-in on my first night was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels in the bathroom and comfortable beds with clean linen. The check-out process was efficient and the staff member assisting me was thorough and helpful.
