The staff was friendly and helpful. The contemporary-style update and remodel gave the hotel a fancy look. There were biscuits and gravy for breakfast, which is not commonly available. The room was roomy, and the bathroom was relatively clean. The housekeeper was friendly and accommodating.

The service at the reception during check-in was inconvenient due to some staff being unprofessional.

Our room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We requested extra towels and the staff quickly brought them to our door. We had a great night's sleep and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. we would recommend this hotel.

The room design was well thought out and provided comfortable amenities for a romantic getaway. the bed and pillows provided a good night’s sleep, and the shower had good water pressure with sliding glass doors. the location was convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions.

The housekeeping could use some improvement, as our room had not been cleaned well and we found fingerprints on the mirrors. there were limited surfaces in the shower to place our toiletries, and we noticed some soap scum on the shower doors.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and considering the amenities provided, it was an affordable choice. Secondly, the location was perfect. Being in the Alamo area, there were plenty of attractions nearby to explore. The hotel's proximity to the Alamo made it a convenient spot for sightseeing. Lastly, the staff was attentive and friendly. They made sure to address any concerns promptly and were always available to offer assistance.

Everything was satisfactory during my stay.
