just loved the convenient location for exploring tucson! 🌵 quick access to attractions and parking. But breakfast lacked healthy options. Rooms a bit chilly, but cozy with all necessary amenities. Staff friendly and swift in problem-solving. A great spot for a getaway!

Friendly Staff and Convenient Location

The convenient location of the hotel made it easy to access nearby attractions and facilities. However, improvements could be made in the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms and facilities.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional! From the front desk to the kitchen, everyone was so very friendly and helpful. Mona and Crystal were standouts - they made my stay extra pleasant. the breakfast provided had a fair choice of delicious options to start the day, and the coffee was top-notch, especially the dark roast. the location was perfect, just North of I10 in a safe part of the city, close to Kino Sports Complex.

Always my choice. Great staff! Recommended a local taxi when I first stayed. Everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, gym, pool, spa. Coming back for New Year!

The staff was professional and attentive, quickly addressing any issues we had with the room. the cleanliness and quality of the room exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was enjoyable, offering a variety of options.

i had a great time staying at la quinta, the pool was cool and clean, the reception area was tidy. the location was ideal for watching college baseball, only 6 minutes from hi corbett field and 10 minutes from campus. there was plenty of seating at the complimentary breakfast, which i liked a lot.

The views of the Catalina mountain range in the distance were absolutely stunning, making up for the minor issue of my bathroom door not being able to completely shut. I loved lounging by the outdoor pool and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the thoughtful gesture of adding screws to my window for extra security.

The sofa bed and linen were not as clean as expected, and the room did not feel entirely fresh.

Had an amazing stay near shopping and zoo, not far from U of A! LOVED the fantastic breakfast selection, especially the Mexican hot chocolate. Would definitely choose again! Smells better than in photos!

The hotel’s location was convenient for us as it was central to things we wanted to do in the area. the hotel is located near attractions we were visiting, and there is a Locale Italian restaurant nearby. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast options were good with eggs, fruit, yogurt, bagels. the hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom needed repair with the shower leaking and some of the fixtures having come out of the wall.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the nearby attractions, such as the stunning Sabino Canyon, the delightful Reid Park Zoo, and the fascinating Pima Air & Space Museum. The kids were thrilled to see the animals and learn about aerospace, while my wife and I enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the friendly atmosphere.

My wife says that the room could have had more child-friendly entertainment options.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff. They went above and beyond, making me feel like a VIP. It felt like I was their top priority and they were personally invested in ensuring my comfort. It was truly refreshing.

The check-in process at the hotel was a breeze and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the start. The room we were given exceeded our expectations, with a comfortable queen bed and a cozy pull-out sofa for extra space. The carpet was clean and in great condition, and the room had a refreshing coolness which was perfect for escaping the heat outside. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with free Wi-Fi in public areas, a 24-hour reception for any queries or assistance, and 24-hour security to ensure our safety. We loved the bar/lounge area where we could unwind and enjoy a refreshing drink, and the coffee/tea in the lobby was a great pick-me-up in the mornings. The restaurant buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and having a snack bar on site was a convenient bonus. We also enjoyed the picnic area with tables, as it provided a lovely spot for outdoor dining. The fitness center was well-equipped and allowed us to stay on track with our workout routine, and the outdoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi was simply heavenly. The spa & wellness center was an added luxury, offering a range of indulgent treatments and massages. The laundry facilities on site were a practical necessity, and having a flat-screen TV in the room allowed us to relax and catch up on our favorite shows. The elevator made it easy to navigate the hotel, and having a microwave and refrigerator in the room was a convenient touch. The business center was well-equipped and made it easy for us to take care of any work-related tasks. The express check-in/-out option saved us time and hassle, and we had a blast playing darts and billiard tables in the hotel's recreational area. The location of the hotel gave us great opportunities for outdoor activities, including hiking, cycling, horseback riding, and even golfing or playing tennis nearby. The hotel's proximity to a bowling alley added some extra fun to our stay. The continental breakfast was a great way to start our day, and having sun loungers and beach umbrellas by the pool made for a truly relaxing experience. We appreciated the wheelchair access throughout the hotel, as it made our stay so much more comfortable. Lastly, we were grateful for the hotel's pet-friendly policy, as it allowed us to bring our furry friend along. The air conditioning in the room was a welcome relief after a long day, and the strict no smoking policy ensured a pleasant experience throughout the premises.

While the rooms had some cleanliness issues and the breakfast service was lacking, the staff was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast selection was impressive, and amenities like a microwave and friendly staff made the stay pleasant, especially compared to previous experiences in Vegas.

The room was exceptionally nice, a definite improvement from my previous hotel stay in Vegas. It smelled clean, with no trace of smoke, and had a very pleasant ambiance. The facilities provided, such as the refrigerators and flat-screen televisions, were of high quality and added to the overall comfort of the room.

My only minor issue was with the gym TV remotes not working, which was quickly resolved through maintenance. However, it was a small inconvenience that could have been avoided.

The hotel offers a great continental breakfast spread, including delicious yogurt parfaits. The pool is very nice and always has plenty of pool towels available. The location is perfect for nature lovers, as it is close to a large park with walking/running paths and even a zoo. Being a solo female traveler, I felt safe and the staff was truly welcoming.

Felt very well looked after, nothing to complain about.
