Perfectly placed near parks, dining, and family fun!

I loved how this hotel was just a short walk away from Reid Park, which is great for a scenic stroll or a morning jog, and it's also close to the Reid Park Zoo, making it convenient for family activities, plus there are plenty of restaurants nearby like Smashburger and Cheddar's, and even a Whole Foods Market just around the corner for snacks. The hotel offered clean and spacious rooms with friendly staff and nice amenities like a pool perfect for kids, but the breakfast could definitely use a little improvement in service.

The location was convenient, and the staff were very accommodating, especially with my recovery needs. The breakfast options were plentiful, though the quality could use improvement. A lovely park nearby added a pleasant surprise for walking. Unfortunately, the room had issues—like bugs and a malfunctioning toilet—and the cleanliness left much to be desired. Despite assurances from staff regarding refunds, the communication felt disorganized and frustrating. While the pool looked inviting, the hot tub was lukewarm at best. It’s clear the management needs to address significant maintenance and cleanliness concerns for a better experience.

Location near the park was excellent for biking. Breakfast lacked options, with no fresh coffee during my stay.

I had high hopes but was met with disappointment. The room was below standard—missing closet doors, peeling paint, and visible dust. A broken heater left me cold at night. The bathroom? Moldy and unclean. When I asked for more toiletries, only two bottles came; cheap indeed for a three-day stay with kids. Breakfast, however, exceeded expectations: a great variety with eggs, bacon, and waffle toppings. The front desk staff were a breath of fresh air—efficient and personable, turning a negative into a positive interaction. With a little more attention to cleanliness and detail, this could be a solid choice. But as it stands, I'm left feeling let down.

The place was beyond disappointing—dirty hallways gave off a creepy vibe, and the laundry was in a sketchy back lot. I even found animal feces near where we parked. It felt downright unsafe, and I couldn't wait to leave.

The price is a steal. Breakfast is free and decent. Rooms are super quiet, didn’t hear anyone else. Steve at check-in was really nice and gave us breakfast tickets. There’s a cool Italian place next door. Rooms have a mini-fridge and microwave, plus comfy beds. Fitness centre was a bonus.

The room was spacious and offered a great view of the mountains, which added to the overall comfort. I appreciated the presence of a fridge, microwave, and extra coffee, which enhanced the convenience of the stay. The clean gym had adequate equipment, making it easy to squeeze in a workout. Breakfast had a good variety, but did occasionally run out of items. The bathroom featured ample counter space, and the toiletries smelled pleasant. some maintenance issues, like a noisy shower and limited electrical outlets, could be improved for a better experience.

Although some areas need a bit of care, the convenient location and attentive service make it a decent choice for travelers.

The friendly staff guided us through the Sabino Canyon's stunning trails, where we marveled at nature's beauty. the Pima Air & Space Museum's captivating exhibits fascinated our kids, making it a memorable family outing!
