Great location! the hotel is situated within walking distance of both the French Quarter and the art galleries and WWII museum. It was convenient to explore the surrounding area on foot.

The parking situation was inconvenient as I had to pay for parking separately. It would have been more convenient if parking was included in the room rate.

had a lovely stay at Trademark! Denise provided excellent service and made our honeymoon extra special with a complimentary upgrade and champagne. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the French Quarter and Riverwalk. The room was comfortable and the attached restaurant was excellent.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the excellent service we received. The staff, especially Johnetta at the front desk and Tim from valet parking, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their exceptional customer service made us feel welcomed and valued.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic, and there was nothing that could have been improved upon.

The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. I had last-minute plans for a business trip and needed to find a hotel within walking distance of my meetings. I called the hotel directly and the person I spoke with answered all of my questions. the front desk receptionist was available every evening and provided helpful directions to the office building, restaurants, and shops. This made me feel safe as a solo traveler. the location of the hotel was also great, only two blocks away from my meetings and in a convenient area.

The main drawback of the hotel was the lack of common areas to hang out with friends. There were limited seating options in the small lobby, and the bar and restaurant were not accessible during my stay due to private events.

The staff at the Lafayette were friendly and attentive. I had a great check-in experience, and the room was clean and comfortable. the location was perfect, situated between the French Quarter and Garden District with upmarket bars and coffee shops nearby. the hotel even had a dog park next door, which was convenient for pet owners. a great stay at the Lafayette By Luxurban, Trademark Collection By Wyndham.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel near Mardi Gras. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Canal and Bourbon street. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing helpful recommendations and even helping my spouse find me in the rain when I got injured. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic Mardi Gras experience.
