Great location! The hotel is situated within walking distance of both the French Quarter and the art galleries and WWII museum. It was convenient to explore the surrounding area on foot.

The parking situation was inconvenient as I had to pay for parking separately. It would have been more convenient if parking was included in the room rate.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the excellent service we received. The staff, especially Johnetta at the front desk and Tim from valet parking, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their exceptional customer service made us feel welcomed and valued.

The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. I had last-minute plans for a business trip and needed to find a hotel within walking distance of my meetings. I called the hotel directly and the person I spoke with answered all of my questions. The front desk receptionist was available every evening and provided helpful directions to the office building, restaurants, and shops. This made me feel safe as a solo traveler. The location of the hotel was also great, only two blocks away from my meetings and in a convenient area.

The main drawback of the hotel was the lack of common areas to hang out with friends. There were limited seating options in the small lobby, and the bar and restaurant were not accessible during my stay due to private events.
