The front desk staff at Surestay Hotel By Best Western went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. When we arrived late at 4 AM, the night clerk gave us a late checkout without us even asking. We were exhausted and that gesture meant a lot to us. Additionally, the service from the front desk throughout our stay was outstanding.

Clean rooms, close to lake for fishing. Freezer space provided for fish. Satisfied with our stay.

This motel was an unexpectedly pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Not only was the fridge large, but they also had a microwave and dispensers in the bathroom shower that made the stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to a gas station and convenience store. On top of that, they even had services available for pets!

The only negative aspect was the absence of an alarm clock in the room. I had a great experience and would gladly return!
