Perfect location on 5th Avenue. Short walk to Central Park, Maceys. Very spacious modern room with a great city view. Attentive, courteous and helpful staff. Excellent WiFi. Would definitely return.

I recently stayed at The Langham for a few nights with my daughter. We were incredibly impressed with the warm and professional greeting we received upon arrival. The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, offering us a spacious junior suite with a fully equipped kitchen. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city. The gym facilities were excellent and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job keeping our room clean. The staff were always helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great Location , the hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many attractions and metro stations. It was easy to access main sites and explore the city on foot. the key location is perfect for exploring the city.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel overall was top-notch. The staff was friendly, professional, and always available to help.

We had an exceptional stay at The Langham in New York. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff warmly greeted us and our room was ready, even though we arrived early. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings. The highlight was the huge bathroom with a deep bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the turn down service with water and cookies was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the delicious room service, especially the shrimp Cobb salad and the Asian pork soup, which was the best soup I have ever had. The location of the hotel was fantastic, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Despite a small issue with the lack of light and view from the room, we would absolutely return to The Langham and highly recommend it to others. our stay was memorable and we had a fantastic time in New York.

We got great value for our money at The Langham, with an excellent room and comfortable bed on the 27th floor. The location was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond for our Pearl wedding anniversary, with flowers, champagne, and helpful advice from the Concierge team.
