I gotta tell you, the staff here was like family! One guy Tony literally ran back to find my baby carrier when it got lost. And Jonathan at check-in? Man, he had the whole family laughing right away, making us feel super welcomed! !

It ain't exactly cheap, but honestly, the experience made it worth it.

Upon arriving my expectations were sky high but there was an aggressive upsell attempt for a larger suite that just felt off like they were trying to squeeze more cash out of me. Eventually after some push I got moved to a better room that was just okay but showed they weren't all bad. The service was friendly but I'll say the upsell stuff was annoying, like I’m not fall for that cheap trick use some class.
