The restaurant service was extremely disappointing. The server took forever to take our order, and when the food finally arrived, it was a letdown. The chicken was flavorless, the white rice was still crunchy, and the black beans had hair in them. The server never checked back in on us, and we had to wait a long time for the check. Additionally, there were cleanliness issues in the shower, with black hairs and an unknown substance on the walls. For the price of the hotel and the restaurant, we expected better quality and service.
