Steps Away from the Beach and Plenty of Nearby Attractions

I absolutely loved how this place is right on the beach and close to everything you could want to explore including great dining options like Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant just a few steps away or the Panama City Beach Zoo less than a kilometer away so there are so many things to do and see within a short walking distance while the room itself was clean and spacious with a nice view of the beach which made our stay really enjoyable but the hotel could improve its housekeeping consistency as we noticed some areas could have used a better clean.

Booked a King room with double balconies. Spectacular views—one of the ocean, one of the city. Customer service impressed me; they addressed all my questions promptly. Room was clean, and the bed comfortable. the elevators were inconsistent, and a few amenities fell short. The kitchenette was handy, but bring your own cookware. The pool area needed attention—the murky water and debris were uninviting, and the hot tub was out of service. Despite these issues, the location is fantastic. A quick walk led to great breakfast options. I'd return for the view and service, but they must improve maintenance to truly shine.

It would have been helpful to have access to an iron and ironing board to keep our clothes neat and wrinkle-free. The heating and air conditioning in our suite seemed to be a bit inconsistent. While the room did have these amenities, the AC vent in the balcony blew out hot air, making it uncomfortable to sit outside. there was a noticeable gap under the AC unit where outside air seeped in, affecting the room's temperature regulation. I appreciated the fact that our room was equipped with tea and coffee facilities. It was nice to be able to make a hot beverage in the morning to start the day. I wish they had provided more complimentary amenities like additional tea bags and coffee sachets to fully enjoy this offering. The free toiletries provided were basic and sufficient for our needs. While they were not luxurious, they got the job done. It would have been a nice touch if they had included some higher quality toiletries. the Radisson had some positive aspects, such as the beach access and convenient location near restaurants and Pier Park.

The location is a highlight, right on the beach and near Pier Park, making dining and activities easily accessible. The room was clean, and staff were responsive, fixing a mattress issue promptly. That said, several maintenance problems were disappointing—an inoperable ice machine and broken bathroom fixtures detracted from the experience. Parking was chaotic at times, and we faced unhelpful front desk interactions, especially regarding our room request. A stunning ocean view can’t fully compensate for these frustrations. Still, the coffee was commendable, and my family is considering a return, hoping for improvements.

The location by the beach was amazing, and we loved how close it was to restaurants. It made it super easy for us to explore and enjoy the ocean. The staff was friendly too, especially at the bar!

The room cleanliness wasn’t up to par - the sink didn’t drain well, and the floors were dirty. The lack of daily maid service was disappointing, and the unreliable wifi was frustrating.

The room was filthy, and we had to deal with a loud AC unit that never got fixed, despite multiple complaints. It felt like no one cared, and we left feeling really disappointed.

We hit up the Waterpark and the Marine Park - totally epic! the beachfront vibes were off the charts, with a jungle gym nearby for fun workouts!

More party events for young adults would have taken the stay to the next level.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk to Pier Park and right by the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even helping us with parking. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Despite minor maintenance issues, our stay was enjoyable and we plan to return.
