I was very pleased with my stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Disney Land parks and a wide variety of restaurants. It was also conveniently located around 35 miles from Los Angeles airport. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who kept our room neat and tidy in a punctual manner. The amenities were top-notch, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun terrace, and a beautiful garden area. The room itself was pristine, with clean sheets, comfortable beds, and all the necessary amenities such as a refrigerator, television, and air conditioning. The hotel also offered a variety of services such as room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and a shuttle service. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to others.

Convenient location for visiting Disney parks, with an easy 10-minute walk along a well-traveled road. Helpful reception staff who upgraded us and arranged for a late checkout. Clean and spacious bedroom with comfortable beds and a balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool area was well-maintained and had a hot tub, as well as a chair lift for guests with physical disabilities. Good diner-style restaurant for breakfast and a small shop nearby for picnic supplies.

Concerns about security due to the side door of the hotel being open all the time and the lifts not requiring room keys. A malfunctioning air conditioner that was difficult to adjust, leading to discomfort.

As a business traveler, I loved the fantastic location of the hotel. The staff was great, and the renovations didn't affect my stay much. The space heater provided helped with the colder nights in Anaheim. Although they couldn't accommodate the room we requested, they did provide a roll away bed for my daughter. The property was very clean, and the staff was friendly. The on-site restaurant and pool with a bar were very convenient. I also appreciated that they had accommodations for my pet, making the trip stress-free. The room was clean and spacious, and the amenities like the pool, Starbucks, and cafe were great.

The bed was comfy, beautiful fireworks view, close to Disneyland, staff courteous, great experience, excellent location, great rooms, convenient grab and go breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed at this venue and I was pleasantly surprised by the proximity of this hotel to the Disney Land parks. I appreciated the wide range of services, including room service, dry cleaning, car hire and tours/ticket assistance. The rooms were well equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, coffee facilities and ironing facilities. The hotel staff were accommodating and always on hand to help with any requests. The swimming pool area was well maintained, including sun loungers and beach umbrellas. I particularly enjoyed spending my afternoons on the garden terrace, watching the sunset.

The pool is not suitable for smaller children, with a shallow end that quickly gets deep. Housekeeping was lacking, with unclean bedsheets upon arrival and a dismissive response from the front desk. The hotel has a slightly corporate feel, which may not be as welcoming for families
