I loved the contemporary design and security features of the patio door in my room. It gave me peace of mind during my stay. the workout and steam room facilities were a highlight for me. However, the lack of vending machines was a minor inconvenience. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

Great value for the stunning views and spacious room. The location was convenient for walking around, and the staff, especially Keri, were professional and helpful. Cons: the morning meal would be improved with a wider selection.

Modern luxury apartment on the 31st floor in a sleek building. Free arcade room and outdoor patio with heaters add to the stay. Pool with panoramic views when weather permits. Great for a stylish and comfortable retreat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the spacious apartment provided comfortable beds and an awesome view. the staff were pleasant and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.

My stay at Level Chicago - River North was fantastic. the apartment was clean and felt safe with secure entry requirements. the in-unit washer/dryer was convenient, and the pool area was great. the view from the apartment was amazing, and having a balcony added to the experience. Deliveries were easy to receive, and the trash chute was conveniently located.

Expensive parking; pet fee is reasonable.

I stayed at Level Chicago for a weekend getaway. the apartment was spacious and clean, with lovely floor, to, ceiling windows. the friendly front lobby staff were helpful. the amenities, like the pool and recreational room, were great. the kitchen was well, equipped, and the bathroom was spectacular. The bed was very comfortable, and the parking lot was easily accessible and safe. Cons: Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

At my go-to place, the team kindly made sure I woke up on time. It's a perfect fit with Free Wi-Fi, 24-hr reception, Fitness centre, and an outdoor pool. I love the Jacuzzi, sauna, and flat-screen TV. Returning for Easter!

I always return for a stay. First time, staff kindly helped with heavy bags. Amenities like Free Wi-Fi, Fitness center, Seasonal pool, and AC suit me perfectly. Coming back for New Year, with Sauna, Jacuzzi, and more - no regrets!
