My family and I stayed at this beautiful, new hotel for one night. We were impressed by the attention to detail in the decor and the warm ambiance throughout the hotel. The beds and bedding were luxurious, and the Parlour restaurant served top-notch food at a reasonable price. The staff was efficient and quick, even organizing transportation for us. What really stood out was the manager, Charlie Barone, who went above and beyond by personally driving us to a film festival, ensuring we arrived on time. This level of hospitality and care made our stay truly memorable.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful 4-star hotel in Buffalo. The location in a lovely safe area is very convenient, with easy access from Exit 50 of the NYS Thruway. The service here is top-notch, with courteous, friendly, and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, with excellent amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offers a range of services including room service, dry cleaning, and wedding services. Plus, the free airport shuttle was a great convenience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The entire property is stunning, from the gorgeous rooms to the beautiful bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, even better than those at high-end hotels like Westin. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the clean gym and the free parking for my rental car. The location was perfect, central to major shopping locations and just a short distance to Niagara falls. The breakfast was delicious and the staff, from the polite server to the friendly front desk staff, were exceptional.
