I had an amazing stay at this upscale hotel. The customer service at check-in was outstanding, and they even welcomed me with delicious cookies. The rooms were beautifully furnished, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and it felt like an oasis despite being close to the highway. The staff attended to all my questions and requests promptly and warmly. The location was convenient, with a popular restaurant next door called Sonoma Grill. The hotel also provided parking and transportation services, making it easy for me to explore the city. The breakfast offered was satisfactory, and the shower in my room was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Reikart House, and it was an amazing experience. the hotel is very modern and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. the best part was the comfortable bed and amazing pillows - I had a great night's sleep. the hotel even surprised me with a delicious cookie snack delivered to my room in the evening, along with a thoughtful inquiry about any other needs I might have. This level of personalized service was truly amazing, and I can't wait to stay there again. It is now my new go-to spot whenever I need a getaway.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful 4-star hotel in Buffalo. The location in a lovely safe area is very convenient, with easy access from Exit 50 of the NYS Thruway. The service here is top-notch, with courteous, friendly, and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, with excellent amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offers a range of services including room service, dry cleaning, and wedding services. Plus, the free airport shuttle was a great convenience.

The hotel is located in a lovely safe area of Buffalo, in the Buffalo suburb of Amherst, making it a peaceful and secure location for backpackers. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a decent selection of food to start the day.

Some of the bathrooms in the hotel are in need of repair, with issues such as mildew, unclean tubs, and dripping sinks, which can be disappointing.

The highly experienced and talented team at Jazzboline and Reikart House know how to create memorable events. They made our private dinner party for 20 people truly special, and their attention to detail was impeccable. Additionally, the hotel's location made it easy for us to explore popular attractions like the Buffalo Zoo, the bustling Buffalo Niagara Convention Center, and the vibrant University of Buffalo. There was never a dull moment during our stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The entire property is stunning, from the gorgeous rooms to the beautiful bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, even better than those at high-end hotels like Westin. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the clean gym and the free parking for my rental car. The location was perfect, central to major shopping locations and just a short distance to Niagara falls. The breakfast was delicious and the staff, from the polite server to the friendly front desk staff, were exceptional.

We initially chose this motel for its pet-friendly policy and were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The rooms were spacious and larger than expected, and we appreciated the old-fashioned key system. The highlight of our visit was the Sonoma Grill, the hotel's restaurant, which served exceptional food. We will definitely be returning to this vintage gem.
