We had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect, with plenty of dining options and little cafes and bakeries close by. It was so nice to be able to walk to everything that the charming downtown area has to offer. The service at this hotel was top-notch. The staff were very friendly, kind, and super helpful. They were quick to supply or assist us with anything we needed. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus. We also loved the garden area and the sun terrace where we could relax and unwind.

Our only complaint is that the beds were a bit uncomfortable. However, despite this small issue, we would still highly recommend this place to families.

As longer-term business travelers, we loved the location near the charming old main street with plenty of dinner options. The hotel had a unique and cozy apartment-like feel with spacious rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely desk corner. The Spanish or Mexican architectural style added to the picturesque and peaceful ambiance of the property. It was perfect for relaxing, walking, sightseeing, and shopping in the lovely downtown area.

The hotel had a well-stocked bathroom with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Plus, the kitchen area in the room had clean dishes, a new set of salt and pepper, and even a dish rack.

The continental breakfast was a disappointment, so don't even bother. It's better to find a nearby restaurant for a more satisfying meal.

Free snacks and coffee at check-in were nice. the hotel is in a convenient location with plenty of nearby restaurants. the bed was comfortable, and the room was generally clean.

The room was incredibly noisy. the noise from the street outside was constant and made it difficult to sleep.

We loved the cozy courtyard area and the added touch of the complimentary water bottles in the room. Although the room was small, the bed was comfortable and we slept well. we would recommend Garden Inn & Hotel for a budget stay in the heart of downtown Los Gatos.
