Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The complimentary drink upon arrival was a nice touch. The highlight of our stay was definitely the outstanding breakfast. Unlike other hotels, the breakfast at Oxford Suites consisted of real, healthy foods. We enjoyed the bonus evening reception as well, which included free beer and wine along with a soup and salad bar. It was refreshing to stay somewhere that provided not just meals, but actual meals that were delicious and nutritious. Our room was perfect, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. our experience at Oxford Suites exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness. It was by far the cleanest hotel we have stayed at. the picture frames didn't have a speck of dust on them, it was incredible. the staff at the hotel were amazing. From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. the front desk gentleman was friendly, funny, and even recommended a great burger restaurant. the security guard was kind, and the kitchen staff were friendly and upbeat. the manager took the time to listen to our comments and truly cared about the hotel and her employees.

The TV screens in the room could have been larger, according to the kids. the Wi-Fi connection in our room was inconsistent and dropped occasionally.

We recently stayed at Oxford Suites for a family vacation. The spacious Family Suite was perfect for us, with two King Bedrooms and two full baths. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even extending our checkout time when our visit was unexpectedly extended. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and visually appealing. We loved the included toiletries and the quietness of the rooms. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the evening reception with free drinks and snacks was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely be returning to this hotel on future travels.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hermiston for work, and I have to say, the hot breakfast at the hotel was absolutely delicious! The cook, Ilda, greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I had everything I needed. The pancakes were so tasty that even my son said they were the best he's ever had. I was really impressed.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the front desk gentleman who recommended a fantastic burger restaurant to the kind security guard and upbeat kitchen staff. Even the manager took the time to listen to my comments and show genuine care for the hotel and her employees. The beds were comfortable, the towels and sheets were soft, and the room had a pleasant odor-free atmosphere. This is definitely one of the nicest Oxford Suites we have stayed in.

A member of our party required accessibility, and although there were no first-floor rooms available, the desk staff ensured our room was close to the elevator and regularly checked in to make sure everything was accessible for us. Additionally, we arrived late and the evening reception was closing, but the bartender went above and beyond to accommodate us after the bar closed.
