Had a canny time, but the bathroom could use a right good scrubbing and update. Best bit was the peaceful gardens, felt lush! Free breakfast was a bonus too with decent options. Just wish the place had proper soundproofing, could hear me neighbors a bit too well.

The cleanliness of the property needs attention, especially regarding the carpets and bathrooms!!! Noise from nearby rooms can be disruptive during the night!!! A more modern decor style would enhance the experience significantly!!!

the place kinda had its charm, but my room was nothing short of. well, sad. i woudl ve been thrilled with a fresh-smelling case, not one smelling like an old ashtray. and what is with the shower that barely hits your body? you’d think a hotel like this could get those basics right. almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn’t!

The King Room was spacious with comfy amenities. Loved the air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with quality toiletries. Breakfast was delicious with options like breakfast burritos. Enjoyed the heated pool and the fitness center. Nice to relax on the balcony overlooking the gardens. Great value for the price.

Not a place for serious travelers

I had a room there once, and it was just okay. The bed was clean, but that's about it. ! So loud, I could barely think. I complained to the front desk, but they just shrugged it off like it was my fault! LOL.

It definitely wasn't cheap, yet I expected way better service and clean rooms.

loved the beautiful grounds and the chill vibe around the pool, super nice for fams. it was nice having a big space for the kiddos to run around and enjoy the outdoor area. my room was clean, comfy beds with extra pillows, and convenient to have a small fridge and microwave. free water bottles were a nice touch. i'll totally be coming back for my summer getaway!

the breakfast could use more options, and the bathroom was pretty outdated and needed better cleaning.

the lodge is set in a beautiful location near the santa cruz mountains. my king room was spacious and comfortable, with a great king-size bed. i loved taking a relaxing dip in the outdoor pool. the staff were super accommodating and granted my late checkout request without any issues.

the bathroom could use a little more attention to cleanliness.

Staying here was relaxing with the beautiful gardens and access to the bocce ball court. We had a spacious suite that provided comfort for our family of 5, and the patio was perfect for enjoying meals outside with my girlfriend.
