During my recent stay at Residence Inn, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and spacious room provided. The cleanliness of the property was also impressive. The included breakfast was a great bonus, with a diverse menu that even included biscuit and gravy. The hotel's architecture and layout, being a combination of Courtyard and Residence Inn, added an interesting touch. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located within walking distance of the free light rail, making it easy to explore the area of interest. The location was also close to the convention center, which was perfect for my needs. Additionally, there were plenty of great restaurants nearby, providing a variety of dining options. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always polite and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food, including eggs, sausage, and fresh fruit. the hotel had a great atmosphere and provided all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

There were some issues with the valet service, which caused inconvenience and frustration during my stay.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the phenomenal breakfast with biscuits and gravy, the spacious rooms and bathrooms with a kitchenette, and the great location in downtown with plenty of entertainment and food options.

Felt like VIPs, no complaints at all.

We had an excellent experience at Residence Inn. The valet, Drew, was warm and inviting, providing helpful recommendations and directions. The housekeeping staff were genuinely warm and engaging. it was a great stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Kansas City, with the Power and Light District just a short walk away. The free KC streetcar made it easy to visit attractions like the National WWI History Museum and Union Station. The hotel itself was bright, fresh, and staffed with welcoming employees. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the rooms were spacious with great city views. The valet parking option with in and out privileges was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for its central location and excellent amenities.

While my stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a few minor issues. The carpet in my room had some stains, and although the staff were aware of it, they didn't offer another room.

This hotel is such a great find! The prices are very reasonable for what you get. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with an industrial design that is modern and stylish. Everything is in good condition and the rooms offer a great view of the surrounding area. Plus, the hotel's location near great restaurants and within walking distance of the free light rail adds to its appeal.

Excellent Hotel and Friendly Staff

We recently stayed at a hotel in Kansas City for a concert, and we were delighted with our experience. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the Sprint Center and Power Light District, which offered a variety of restaurants and bars.

During my Christmas stay, I found two key aspects of this hotel to be quite impressive. First, the complimentary breakfast served at the hotel was truly exceptional. They not only offered a wide variety of options, but even had delicious biscuits and gravy available. the attentive and friendly breakfast staff made the dining experience even better. Secondly, the architecture and layout of the hotel were unique and interesting. It was fascinating to see how one half of the hotel was a Courtyard and the other half was the Residence Inn. This added an extra touch of character to the property. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient and easily accessible.
