The hotel had a great location, large rooms, comfortable beds, good wifi, nice common areas, and a fitness center. The staff and facilities were magnificent and the decor was tasteful and sophisticated. It offered a cozy and eclectic atmosphere, and the spacious rooms had floor-to-ceiling windows and modern technology. The marble bathroom was spectacular with a walk-in shower and beautiful mirrors. The breakfast was made with high-quality ingredients and served on beautiful silver platter ware.

The architecture, including stained glass in the lobby, gives the hotel a unique charm. The rooms are spacious and stylishly modern. The selection of toiletries is extensive. We were upgraded to a junior suite with a spectacular view and plenty of natural light. Valet parking was available, which was a relief in the busy city. The staff was attentive and kind, making us feel welcome. The beds and amenities in the room were comfortable and well-maintained. The entire hotel, including the lounge and restaurant, had a beautiful view of Elliot Bay. The location was convenient, within walking distance to Pike Public Market and the monorail.

We loved this hotel! The location was fantastic, being close to shopping centers and within walking distance of the Pike Public Market. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were magnificent. We especially enjoyed the modern and sophisticated decor. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, providing wonderful service. Parking was convenient with valet service available. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible with monorail transportation nearby.

The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the turndown service and the robes and slippers provided. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants and popular tourist attractions. The highlight of my stay was definitely the fancy lounge and bar with its stunning views. I had a flawless experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Although my stay was nearly flawless, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. One night, there was a strange noise that sounded like a water pump, which disrupted my sleep.

Our stay at Lotte Hotel was lovely. Despite a fire alarm that went off early in the morning due to a nearby homeless encampment fire, the staff handled it well and we felt safe. The room was clean and the staff was professional and welcoming. I recommend this hotel.

The restaurant on the 16th floor had great views and delicious room service. The staff members were friendly and the location was perfect.
