The location of the inn is perfect, nestled against the beautiful mountains and within walking distance of restaurants and shops on Palm Canyon Drive. The rooms are spacious and have a small kitchen and seating area. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a nice continental breakfast and take advantage of amenities such as bikes to explore the town.

Amazing place for a Christmas getaway! The rooms were beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed - a small kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, and even a Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks K-cups. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of lounge chairs and a perfect temperature pool. Plus, the location was key - just a short walk to all the bars and restaurants in town. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel right at home.

That the staff seemed a bit elusive. They texted us check-in details, and we rarely saw them around during our stay.

The owner, Tim, goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, even mailing a newspaper to a forgetful guest.

The toilet is too low to the ground, which can be inconvenient for guests with hip or knee issues.

Our stay at Old Ranch Inn was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Jason at the reception, who was kind and great at what he does. The hotel's immaculate condition and charming Palm Springs atmosphere really impressed us. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, the clean pool maintained by a cute little robot cleaner, and the giant rooms with ample parking. The fact that we could text for any assistance was a great feature. And let's not forget the giant homegrown grapefruits we found in our room from the inn's own orchard. we couldn't be more satisfied with our stay.

Though our stay was wonderful, we would have appreciated having soft drinks, juices, and maybe even beer and wine available at the facility. Additionally, there were times when staff was not readily available, and the rule about no personal music at the pool was not consistently enforced.

The A.C. kept us cool in the desert heat, and the well-equipped kitchenette was perfect for making breakfast. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay, and the large, comfortable bed was a dream to sleep in. We loved sharing the pool with friendly fellow guests and using the bikes to explore Palm Springs. The location was perfect for walking to GREAT restaurants and shops. this hidden gem provided the perfect backdrop for our romantic getaway.

We recently went on a romantic escape to a small, cozy hotel with very friendly staff. They provided complimentary bikes that we used to explore the surroundings. Breakfast was included, which was very convenient, and the available kitchenette allowed us to prepare simple meals. The location was excellent, close to great dining options and fun shops.

We found the lighting in the room to be quite poor, making it very dark. the pillows were subpar and could use an upgrade.

Our stay at this cozy and intimate hotel was truly delightful. The rooms open up to a lovely pool courtyard, creating a perfect balance between privacy and social interaction with other guests. We were impressed by the respectful and peaceful atmosphere. The room amenities, such as the dark roast coffee, powerful A/C unit, and vast TV viewing options, were all top-notch. We also loved the soothing water fountain by the pool and the abundance of towels and chaises available for guests to enjoy.

My husband and I discovered this hidden little gem when we were trying to find a place to stay for a mini getaway. Absolutely loved this place! Very cute ranch style inn with only 8 suites so it’s very intimate. Staff was super nice and friendly, pool was great, our suite was directly next to the pool which was awesome. You had your own little private mini front patio with 2 chairs, pool towels, and a mat. Plus an added mini back patio with a cute patio table and 2 chairs. I have to say, the towels in the bathroom were the best I’ve ever come across. Soft and thick and super absorbent.
